UFC Middleweight Anderson Silva

The five fights airing live during the “UFC 162: Silva vs. Weidman” pay-per-view broadcast has been finalized.

Obviously, a middleweight title tilt between champion Anderson Silva (pictured) and Chris Weidman headline the July 6 festivities. However, nobody knew the featherweight scrap with Frankie Edgar and Charles Oliveira scored co-main event status until now.

Strikeforce transfers Roger Gracie and Tim Kennedy get the night’s third-to-top billing.

Critical 145-pound shootouts between Ricardo Lamas and “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung, as well as Cub Swanson vs. Dennis Siver round out the main card. A top contender for the division will likely emerge from the foursome.

MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada serves as host.
