Diego Brandao never should have agreed to replace injured Cole Miller to fight Conor McGregor (pictured) because he is about to get embarrassed – that is, if you were to ask the Gambling Gods.

McGregor, who has been riding the pine for 11 months after undergoing knee surgery, is a heavy 4.5-1 odds-on favorite to steamroll Brandao on Saturday night.

Brandao, meanwhile, is pegged as more than a 3-1 underdog as he enters hostile territory.

All the pressure is on McGregor to get his hand raised this weekend. Outside of the lopsided odds, Brandao is a replacement, McGregor is receiving unprecedented hype for a guy who’s only fought twice in the UFC and he’s performing in front of his fellow Irishmen.

“Notorious” hasn’t scored himself any sympathy points, either, seeing as how he talks as good of a game as anyone.

The O2 in Dublin, Ireland hosts the festivities.

Here are the available wagering lines for Saturday:

Favorites (-) Underdogs (+)

Naoyuki Kotani +250
Norman Parke -350

Brad Pickett +145
Ian Mccall -175

Zak Cummings +350
Gunnar Nelson -500

Diego Brandao +325
Conor McGregor -450
