The Ultimate Fighter Season 8 is Set

On Monday, Spike TV officially announced that their successful reality show, The Ultimate Fighter, will contain contestants from the Lightweight (155-lbs.) and Heavyweight (265-lbs.) divisions. 

Spike TV also announced that UFC interim heavyweight champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and former champion Frank Mir will be the coaches for the show’s 8th season. As customary, the two coaches will face off for the title after the conclusion of the show, however no specific date has been set.

TUF is set to premiere September 17th with the finale tentatively scheduled to air in December.
