Former IFL Welterweight Rory Markham Signs With the UFC

In another sign that the IFL is all but finished, former IFL Welterweight fighter Rory Markham has signed on to face Brodie Farber at Ultimate Fight Night 14. UFN 14 was recently put together to go head-to-head with Affliction Entertainment’s “Banned” Pay-Per-View. Markham most recently fought for Monte Cox’s promotion Adrenaline MMA.

MMAJunkie was able to confirm the bout after FiveOuncesofPain had originally reported the potential match-up. Both fighters will be making their UFC debuts.

In one of the last press conferences held by IFL CEO Jay Larkin, he mentioned that the IFL was going to do their best to help its fighters get fights in other organizations.
