Many UFC fans may have noticed the unique insignia that has recently emerged onto the UFC’s Octagon mat and ring padding. The honeycomb icon will be a fixture within the UFC for years to come, as Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition Inc. (BSN), will now be the official nutritional supplemental provider for the UFC.BSN is the world leader in cutting-edge sports nutrition products. They are the creators of N.O.-XPLODE, the # 1 selling extreme pre-training energy and performance igniter. It was announced that they have come to terms with the UFC on a multi-year partnership.

“I’m excited to announce that BSN is the ‘Official Nutritional Supplement Provider’ of the Ultimate Fighting Championship,” UFC President Dana White stated. “As the world leader in physique and performance supplements, they are a perfect fit for the UFC – we look forward to working with BSN as we take this sport to a whole new level.”

BSN’s President and CEO Chris Ferguson was extremely excited about the partnership and feels that this could become extremely profitable for both companies.

“I’m proud to announce that BSN is now the ‘Official Nutritional Supplement Provider’ of the UFC,” Ferguson said. “MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world today. We are excited to be aligned with an organization as prestigious as the UFC and are eager to stretch our brand with this partnership by showcasing our product line, which includes N.O.-XPLODE™, the foremost pre-training igniter in the world today. BSN is a dominant force in over 75 countries and climbing. We have entered into this strategic partnership with the UFC to solidify our combined global presence. Many may remember that the UFC’s former nutritional supplement provider was Xience. However, after many years of aggressive promotion with the MMA powerhouse, the vitamin and supplement company was not able to turn a profitable business. Xience was forced to file for bankruptcy last year.
