Just hours before hosting the official weigh-ins for UFC 141, the planet’s premier mixed martial arts promotion announced injuries have forced two fighters out of their respective upcoming bouts.
Former WEC featherweight champion Mike Brown (Pictured) has withdrawn from his January 20th scrap against Vagner Rocha, while Ricardo Lamas has exited his UFC 143 contest against Dustin Poirier.
The UFC is currently scouring the globe for suitable replacements for each contestant.
Rocha is slated to compete in the company’s debut on FX, where as Poirier will perform on February 4th during Super Bowl weekend.
