Jessie Taylor Eliminates Himself from TUF Finale

In a bizarre twist, The Ultimate Fighter Season 7 contestant Jessie Taylor disqualified himself from the show’s Finale after another night of drunken behavior.  Taylor had handily beaten his best friend in the house, Tim Credeur, last week to advance to the Finals and was awaiting the winner of the C.B. Dollaway and Amir Sadollah bout.

Dollaway was an early favorite to win the entire show, but was upset in the final minutes of the last round when Sadollah caught him in an armbar.

Taylor was caught on video surveillance kicking out a limousine window and staggering into the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada just days after the all the fighters were released from the show. Later that evening, UFC President Dana White stated that he was “terrorizing women” at the hotel’s bar and “flipped out” when Security came to ask him to settle down.

Taylor yelled to the security guards, “Do you know who I am? I am a UFC fighter!”

Understandably, White did not tolerate that kind of behavior, feeling that he was not representing the sport or the UFC appropriately.  White had no choice but to kick Taylor off of the show.

This placed White in a precarious situation. This would be the first time that a fighter would be kicked off of the show after it had wrapped. White decided to bring back the two losers in the semi-finals, Dollaway and Credeur, and present them with a second opportunity to make the Finale.

Obviously, both fighters jumped at the opportunity and Dollaway walked away with a dominating Unanimous Decision.

This was not the first occasion that fans have seen Taylor intoxicated beyond comprehension. Just last week, Taylor was so inebriated that he ran around TUF house, demolishing everything in site. In addition to that, he even intentionally urinated on himself.

TUF Finale will be airing this Saturday at 9PM EST on SpikeTV.  In addition to the Middleweight final, the event will be headlined by UFC veteran and former Champion Evan Tanner taking on TUF Season 3 Champion Kendall Grove.
