“UFC on FOX: Evans vs. Davis” Medical Suspensions

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has medically suspended eight “UFC on FOX: Evans vs. Davis” contestants for various injuries sustained in their respective scraps this past Saturday.

Unfortunately for curious minds that want to know, Illinois’ governing body did not specify why each fighter was banned.

Phil Davis (Pictured) will be forced to ride the pine for up to 45 days following his lopsided unanimous decision loss to Rashad Evans in the show’s featured attraction.

Evans was not issued a medical leave, so all signs point to him challenging light heavyweight king Jon Jones for his crown at UFC 145.

“UFC on FOX: Evans vs. Davis” took place inside United Center in Chicago.

Joey Beltran: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days

Dustin Jacoby: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days

Chris Camozzi: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
