Nick Diaz vs. Carlos Condit 2 was all but signed when it was learned Nick Diaz had tested positive for marijuana following his unanimous decision loss to Condit at UFC 143.

Diaz’s manager Cesar Gracie went to Twitter to let it be known that they were up for a rematch, but that it wouldn’t happen.

Although he wouldn’t elaborate on what the holdup was, the MMA world later found out that Diaz had failed another drug test.
