Following Friday night’s “Bellator 61” event inside Horseshoe in Bossier City, Louisiana, company CEO Bjorn Rebney announced the pairings for the semifinals of Bellator’s Middleweight Tournament.

After disposing of Vitor Vianna with a vicious flying knee, Brian Rogers advanced to meet Bruno Santos in the tourney’s second round. Santos cruised to a unanimous decision victory over Giva Santana to earn his spot.

The 185-pound tournament resumes April 20th at “Bellator 66.” I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio will host the festivities.

The tourney winner takes home $100,000 and the opportunity to become Bellator’s middleweight champion.
