Earlier this month, light heavyweight king Jon Jones (Pictured) was pegged as a whopping 5.5-to-1 favorite to steamroll Rashad Evans at UFC 145 to retain his crown. As the clock winds down on their eagerly-anticipated shootout, the late money is starting to stack on Evans’ side of the sand which has forced the Gambling Gods to adjust their lines.
While “Bones” is still a heavy odds-on favorite, he’s dropped to a 4.5-to-1 favorite to win. Evans, on the other hand, went from being nearly a 4-to-1 longshot to a +325 underdog.
Just in case you were wondering, Jones was a 6-to-1 favorite when he thrashed Quinton “Rampage” Jackson in his last outing.
UFC 145 takes place inside Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The pay-per-view broadcast begins live at 10PM ET/7PM PT.
