The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation has medically suspended nine athletes who competed in Tuesday night’s “UFC on FUEL TV: Korean Zombie vs. Poirier” event. Two of the card’s fighters were issued indefinite bans for their respective war wounds.
On Wednesday, Jeremy Stephens tweeted a picture of the broken left orbital bone he suffered during his unanimous decision loss to Donald Cerrone. The lightweight won’t be able to return to action until he’s cleared by a physician.
