“UFC 148: Silva vs. Sonnen II” is nearly halfway over, as all five of the card’s preliminary bouts have now entered the mixed martial arts record books.

The planet’s premier mixed martial arts organization pumped this event to no end, and let’s hope the main card delivers more excitement than the prelims.

All five freebie fights ended via uneventful decision. The crowd rained down boos during three of the scraps.

A lightweight contest between Melvin Guillard (Pictured) and Fabricio Camoes headlined the preliminary card.

The pay-per-view broadcast begins live at 10PM ET/7PM PT.

MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada is hosting tonight’s fiesta.
