Strikeforce Nate Marquardt

Unlike with big brother UFC, Strikeforce doesn’t offer a live stream of their weigh-ins. Thankfully, Showtime has released the video highlights from Friday’s weight competition to get fans up to speed.

Nate Marquardt (Pictured) and Tyron Woodley each tipped the scale at 169.5 pounds for their title affair. The welterweights battle for the vacant crown in Saturday’s co-featured attraction.

After some minor issues on the scale, middleweight champ Luke Rockhold eventually hit the mark at 180 pounds for his fight with Tim Kennedy. Rockhold was initially a half pound over the limit.

Showtime broadcasts tonight’s main card beginning at 10PM ET/PT.
