Joe Lauzon Wins Big at ‘UFC on FOX: Shogun vs. Vera’

After a night of freebie MMA action, UFC president Dana White awarded three fighters some extra cash for their special performances at “UFC on FOX: Shogun vs. Vera.”

Joe Lauzon (Pictured) double dipped by taking home ‘Fight of the Night’ for his battle against Jamie Varner, and ‘Submission of the Night’ for his triangle choke on the former WEC lightweight champ.

J-Lau left Los Angeles with $100,000 for his efforts.

The night wasn’t a complete loss for Varner, he also scored $50k for his part in FOTN.

Mike Swick ended his 29-month hiatus in spectacular fashion. He put DaMarques Johnson to sleep with a vicious right hand to earn ‘Knockout of the Night’ honors.

UFC on FOX 4‘ took place Saturday night inside Staples Center in California.
