And now there are 13, as in a baker’s dozen that will make up the “UFC on FOX: Henderson vs. Diaz” roster. On Saturday, it was announced a lightweight bout between Yves Edwards (Pictured) and John Cholish will appear in the December 8th event.
Edwards was slated to fight Jeremy Stephens earlier this month at “UFC on FX 5,” but Stephens was arrested for a prior assault charge hours before showtime. UFC president Dana White promised to get Edwards another assignment ASAP.
In addition, it was confirmed an injury has forced Rafaello Oliveira out of his tango with Michael Chiesa. Marcus LeVesseur has agreed to serve as substitute.
UFC on FOX 5 takes place inside Key Arena in Seattle, Washington.
FOX broadcasts the four featured fights live beginning at 8PM ET/5PM PT.
