The fight announcements for “UFC on FOX 6” came at a fast and furious pace on election day – most of the scraps were confirmed by UFC officials, while Quinton “Rampage” Jackson took the liberty of reporting his own upcoming bout.
In case you missed Tuesday night’s action, the UFC’s first primetime event of 2013 will be headlined by a flyweight title tilt between champion Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson (Pictured).
A lightweight grudge match with Anthony Pettis and Donald Cerrone will likely serve as the co-featured contest. According to Rampage, he will meet slugger Glover Teixeira in the January 26th show. The fight will mark Rampage’s last inside the Octagon.
A thrilling battle between T.J. Grant and Matt Wiman was also added to the roster.
United Center in Chicago, Illinois hosts the festivities.
FOX will broadcast the card’s main bouts live beginning at 8PM ET/5PM PT.
