Michael Bisping has just coined a new word. The Brit states he was “chinned” be Vitor Belfort during their face-off after Thursday’s “UFC on FX 7” presser in Brazil.
“Vitor just chinned me at the press conference,” Bispng tweeted immediately after the incident. “He touched my face so I pushed it away and he put it back a little aggressively, then he started shouting,… who’s the hooligan now eh? Lol
“I literally just laughed at him. As it was funny to see him lose his cool like that. ….. Feeling the pressure vitor?”
After removing Belfort’s fist from his chin, Bisping said something to the effect of, “I’ll [expletive] see you Saturday.” To which “The Phenom” responded by repeatedly screaming, “I’m ready!”
The middleweights were being separated by UFC officials during the verbal exchange.
The stakes couldn’t be higher for Bisping. If he beats Belfort in Brazil, he’ll earn next dibs at Anderson Silva’s 185-pound crown.
Ginasio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo hosts Saturday’s shootout. FX will broadcast the main card live in North America beginning at 9PM ET/6PM PT.
