UFC president Dana White’s (pictured) newest video blog is a tad tardy, but we’ll cut him some slack considering it’s the Octagon’s third show in as many weeks. Also, he’s coming off a hectic several days promoting Ronda Rousey’s heavily hyped big league debut.

Speaking of UFC 157, White’s latest vlog provides behind-the-scenes footage of last Saturday’s pay-per-view broadcast.

The video doesn’t really provide any mind-blowing footage. The most notable soundbites are when Lavar Johnson told Brendan Schaub “smart fight” (instead of good fight) after Schaub’s aesthetically unappealing decision victory.

White joking with Urijah Faber that he wouldn’t have to fire him after submitting Ivan Manjivar was also pretty cool.

Finally, Rousey’s mom giving her flack for “taking so long” to slap her trademark armbar on Liz Carmouche was awesome.

UFC on FUEL TV 8 takes place this Saturday inside Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
