The official event poster for “UFC 161: Barao vs. Wineland” has hit the Internet. Do you want to know what the best part about June 15’s billboard is?
If you were to quickly glance at Rashad Evans’ image, it kinda looks like he’s sporting the Kid fade from Kid ‘n Play because of how he’s positioned against Eddie Wineland’s shorts.
(I know. Grow up, Tom.)
Regarding a more important matter, it’s interesting how the headline of the ad says “World Bantamweight Championship” and not “Interim Bantamweight Championship” like it did for Renan Barao’s first interim title defense.
I wonder what injured bantamweight champ Dominick Cruz thinks about the change. Did Cruz and UFC president Dana White have their chat? Was “The Dominator” stripped? Am I just being extra suspicious this April Fools’ morning?
MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Canada hosts the festivities.
