Strikeforce Ronda Rousey

In November, UFC bantamweight queen Ronda Rousey (pictured) revealed that she LOVES having sex before a fight. In fact, the “Rowdy” one professed it was good for women.

“For girls, it raises your testosterone, so I try to have as much sex as possible before I fight, actually,” Rousey previously said on ‘Jim Rome on Showtime.’ “Not with everybody, I don’t put out like a Craigslist ad or anything, but if I got a steady I’m going to be like, “Yo, fight time’s coming up.’”

However, those sex sessions were in the privacy of her own home without cameras and other fighters in the same room – one would assume. After 17 seasons of “The Ultimate Fighter,” the long running series has decided to feature a co-ed cast that will live, train, eat and sleep together.

Now that Rousey is set to serve as coach on TUF 18, she wants the ladies on the show to do as she says and not as she does. Rousey warns her fellow females that they better be sleeping alone in their own beds.

This isn’t smut reality TV like the MTV’s “The Real World.” Fighting careers and serious money are at stake.

“I think the series itself has been going away from that kind of attention-grabby, reality TV-esque kind of genre, and more into just a documentary series on the toughest, most competitive tournament in martial arts,” Rousey stated Saturday night. “I think that it’s going to be very similar in this season. At least on my team, because I’m going to have to remind these girls that these are the first impressions you’re setting. It’s the first impression you’re setting for women MMA fighters, because this is a lot of exposure that they’re going to be getting.

“If they’re the chick that’s screwing around in the house, for the rest of their career they’ll be known as the chick that was screwing around in the house. Sponsors are going to be looking at that, everybody’s going to be looking at that. So if you think it’s $100,000 worth of that lay, then go for it. But I’m just going to remind them there’s going to be a lot of very permanent consequences to how they carry themselves in house.”

And there you have it. Rousey wants no boom-boom before any TUF fights.
