‘The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale’ Medical Suspensions

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has medically suspended 16 of the 24 athletes who competed in Saturday’s “The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale” event.

Miesha Tate (pictured) and Collin Hart were issued the longest bans. They each could be riding the pine for up to six months, but can return to action sooner with a doctor’s note.

TUF 17 Finale took place inside Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

Here is the card’s official IR list:

Justin Lawrence: Suspended until May 14, with no contact until April 29.

Sam Sicilia: Suspended until May 14, with no contact until May 5 for right thumb injury and right eye laceration.

Maximo Blanco: Suspended until May 14, with no contact until May 5.

Cole Miller: Suspended until May 5, with no contact until April 29.

Bristol Marunde: Suspended until May 14, with no contact until May 5 due to a laceration.

Jimmy Quinlan: Suspended until May 29, with no contact until May 14.

Collin Hart: Needs doctor’s clearance on nasal fracture and left ankle, otherwise suspended until October 11. Faces minimum suspension until May 29, with no contact until May 14.

Luke Barnatt: Suspended until May 29, with no contact until May 14 for right eye laceration.

Kevin Casey: Suspended until June 13, with no contact prior to May 29.

Bubba McDaniel: Suspended until May 29, with no contact until May 14.

Gabriel Gonzaga: Suspended until May 29, with no contact until May 14.

Miesha Tate: Needs doctor’s clearance on ear, nose and throat, otherwise suspended until October 11. Faces minimum suspension until June 13, with no contact until May 29.

Cat Zingano: Needs orthopedic clearance on left hand. Faces minimum suspension until May 14, with no contact until May 5.

Kelvin Gastelum: Needs orthopedic clearance on right forearm. Faces minimum suspension until May 14, with no contact until May 5.

Scott Jorgensen: Needs orthopedic clearance on right wrist. Faces minimum suspension until May 14, with no contact until May 5.

Urijah Faber: Suspended until May 14, with no contact until May 5 due to right hand pain.
