In the midst of a very busy day in the world of MMA, EA Sports added to the madness by releasing the first screenshot of their upcoming video game entitled “EA Sports’ MMA.” The image (please see above) features WAMMA heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko catching an unknown fighter in an armbar.

The video game giant also announced they will be premiering a clip of the game on November 7th during the “Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers” card that will air on CBS.

There’s no word as to what clip will be shown, but we’re expecting it to be a trailer of some sort as it’s probably too early to see any sort of legit gameplay.

“EA Sports MMA” does not currently have a release date, but the roster thus far includes former UFC heavyweight & light heavyweight champion Randy Couture, Gegard Mousasi, Renato “Babalu” Sobral and of course, the aforementioned Emelianenko.

Look out THQ, here they come …
