With the addition of the bantamweight brawl between Roland Delorme (pictured) and Alex Caceres, the 13-bout lineup for “UFC 165: Jones vs. Gustafsson” has been finalized.
The September 21 event takes place inside Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada. A light heavyweight title tilt between champion Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson headlines the pay-per-view broadcast.
Delorme is essentially undefeated in his four big league bouts. “Stunning” was initially TKO’d by Francisco Rivera, but the defeat was subsequently overturned to a no-contest after Rivera failed his post-fight drug test due to an over-the-counter stimulant.
“The Ultimate Fighter 14” contestant was most recently seen posting a unanimous decision win over Edwin Figueroa at UFC 161 in June.
Speaking of flunked drug screenings, Caceres will be returning from a marijuana suspension. The positive exam cost Caceres a split decision victory over Kyung Ho Kang, which was promptly changed to a no-contest. The March contest would have marked “Bruce Leeroy’s” third straight win had it not been for weed.
The 135-pound affair will appear in the night’s prelims.
