UFC Ryan Bader

Not too pumped for today’s “UFC Fight Night: Teixeira vs. Bader” event in Brazil? Don’t worry, you might not be the only one considering most of the card’s fighters are relative unknowns making their big league debuts.

You can at least bet on the scraps, right? Well, many of the lines are pretty lopsided – particularly on the main card which features athletes you may actually have heard of.

So, unless you like wagering on fighters you’ve never seen perform, are willing to drop some heavy coin for the chance to win a fraction of your wager or are in the need of some longshot lovin’, this might not be the event for you to play.

For example, Ryan Bader (pictured) is a heavy underdog against Glover Teixeira in the night’s featured attraction. Bader is pegged as more than a 3-1 dark horse, while the Brazilian checks in as a 4.5-1 odds-on favorite.

Fox Sports 1 broadcast the main card live in North America beginning at 8PM ET/5PM PT.

Mineirinho Arena in Belo Horizonte, Brazil hosts Wednesday’s festivities.
