An injury has knocked Estevan Payan from his featherweight bout with Charles Oliveira (pictured), while this weekend’s car accident has Matt Grice hospitalized after undergoing brain surgery and leaves Jeremy Larsen without an opponent.

Therefore, Oliveira and Larsen will now fight each other on October 19.

The 145-pound affair is slated to kick off the night’s festivities.

Toyota Center in Houston, Texas will serve as host. The most anticipated trilogy in MMA heavyweight history headlines the pay-per-view broadcast when champion Cain Velasquez defends his throne against Junior dos Santos.
