White: Chad Ochocinco vs. Anderson Silva Could Happen … For Charity

Cincinnati Bengals’ wide receiver Chad Ochocinco (formerly known as Chad Johnson) Tweeted that he would love the opportunity to scrap with the UFC’s two top dogs. “Dana this Ocho Cinco, I want to fight your #1 and #2 best fighters asap, exhibition to raise money for a charity of choice,” Ochocinco wrote.

This wouldn’t be the first time that Ochocinco was involved in an outrageous exhibition. Three years ago, Johnson lost a sprint against a horse on the race track.

The brash wide out clarified his motives and called out his opponent by name just moments later.

Anderson, who?

Matter of fact I want Anderson Spider Silva,” Ochocinco continued. “Mr. White this a serious matter, we can help alot organazations with this fight, I have a good chance at winning against Silva.

UFC president Dana White was more than open to the idea, as long as Ochocinco was on the level.

“If you are really serious, contact me. We’ll put a fight together for charity,” White Tweeted back. “I need a Jan 2nd fight. Ocho Cinco vs Anderson Spider Silva.”

To which Ochochinco responded, “oh I’m dead serious, this will be one that goes down in history, Ocho defeats Silva in surprising upset, it’s on!!!

“Awesome! I’m fighting Anderson Silva-I can’t wait to throw my child please combo with a kiss da baby leg kick,Silva can shut the front door!”

There’s no bigger showman in the NFL than 85, so if anyone can promote the hell of out an exhibition match with “The Spider,” it would be Chad. If you parlay his charisma with White’s prowess, you can be sure there will be a few charities coming up big if this bout goes down.

(We didn’t edit Ochocinco’s Tweets to make sure the authenticity of his message wasn’t compromised. I can’t even type that with a straight face)
