ProElite/EliteXC and CBS have officially announced the four fights that will be broadcast on the third installment of “Saturday Night Fights” on October 4th. This will be the third and possibly final event that EliteXC will broadcast on CBS. EliteXC has pulled out all the stops to try and pull in enough ratings to keep CBS around. The event will feature co-main events featuring Kimbo Slice taking on MMA legend Ken Shamrock and a welterweight title defense by Jake Shields against a very dangerous Paul Daley.

For fans who haven’t seen Paul Daley, he’s one of the most exciting unknown fighters in MMA and he’s hoping to make his mark and take Shields’ title.

Also scheduled on the main card is Murilo “Ninja” Rua facing former IFL star Benji Radach, and the return of Gina Carano in a women’s fight against Kelly Kobald.

Here’s how October 4th’s “Saturday Night Fights” breaks down:

Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock (Heavyweights)
Jake Shields vs. Paul Daley (for EliteXC Welterweight title)
Gina Carano vs. Kelly Kobald (Women’s 140-Pound Weight Class)
Murilo “Ninja” Rua vs. Benji Radach (Middleweights)
