After a night of freebie MMA action, UFC president Dana White awarded Lyoto Machida (pictured), Nicholas Musoke, Luke Barnatt and Andrew Craig each an additional $50,000 for their special performances Saturday night at “UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Munoz.”
Machida made his UFC middleweight debut in spectacular fashion by unleashing a KO head kick on buddy Mark Munoz. The strike was good enough to earn the former light heavyweight champion “Knockout of the Night.”
Musoke was eating bombs early from Alessio Sakara, but used the Italian’s aggressiveness against him by unexpectedly slapping on a slick armbar from off his back. The maneuver earned Musoke “Submission of the Night.”
Barnatt was all over Craig from the jump, dropping him early then finishing things off with a rear-naked choke in the second round. Their battle scored them “Fight of the Night” honors.
UFC Fight Night 30 took place inside Manchester Arena in Manchester, England.

Luke Barnatt and Andrew Craig ($50,000/each)
