When Tyron Woodley (pictured) decides he wants to fight, look out. He put Jay Hieron to sleep in the opening round in his UFC debut, but then posted a lackluster split decision loss to Jake Shields in his sophomore appearance.
Saturday night against Josh Koscheck, Woodley went back to his violent and aggressive ways by knocking out the veteran with a thunderous right hand.
Woodley actually dropped Kos on two separate occasions, once in the opening ticks and again to seal the deal.
That is now three straight losses for Koscheck, who at 35 years of age may decide it’s time to call it quits.
UFC 167 took place inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
