As the rumor mill has been suggesting for the past couple of days, UFC welterweight Jake Ellenberger (pictured) has in fact withdrawn from his January 4 fight against Tarec Saffiedine with a hamstring injury.

Saffiedine now faces Hyun Gyu Lim in Singapore. Kiichi Kunimoto, Lim’s original opponent in the event, will now meet Luiz Besouro.

The UFC announced the switcheroos Friday morning.

Saffiedine will be riding a four-fight winning streak into the shootout. The bout marks the former Strikeforce star’s big league debut.

Lim is perfect through his last seven scraps, with his last two coming inside the Octagon. Both of his UFC bouts have ended in knockout fashion.

Either Fox Sports 1 or Fox Sports 2 will broadcast the main card live in America.

Here is the card’s updated lineup:

Mairbek Taisumov vs. Tae Hyun Bang

Max Holloway vs. Will Chope

Katsunori Kikuno vs. Quinn Mulhern

Kyung Ho Kang vs. Shunichi Shimizu
