On Monday night, UFC officials announced “The Ultimate Fighter 18” winner Julianna Pena will break in her six-figure UFC contract against Jessica Andrade at UFC 171.
The promotion also confirmed featherweights Dennis Bermudez and Jimy Hettes will battle in the March 15 event.
Pena owns a 5-2 professional record, but snapped her two-fight skid in the biggest bout of her life by beating Jessica Rakoczy in November to take the TUF tourney.
Andrade posted a unanimous decision win over Rosi Sexton in her Octagon debut.
Hettes bounced back from the lone blemish on his resume by submitting Robert Whiteford in October. “The Kid” holds an 11-1 pro mark.
Bermudez will be riding a five-fight winning streak into the shootout. Four of those victories have came via decision.
American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas hosts the festivities.
