UFC welterweight Matt Brown (pictured) sure knows how to kick off a podcast with a bang. In the debut episode of “Legit Man S***,” Brown reiterated his thoughts on women’s MMA, but with a kicker – that the ladies should tango with their tops off in order for him to get bang for his pay-per-view buck.

“I always said, ‘I don’t know why they put women in the UFC,'” Brown stated. “I just think this, if I’m to pay $60 for a [UFC] Pay-Per-View to watch women fight, they should at least be topless.”

Can you imagine fans making it rain in the Octagon?

As expected, Brown’s remarks were not received well. On Thursday night, the UFC quickly distanced themselves from “The Immortal’s” comments.

“Matt Brown has apologized for the comments made on his podcast, and we have addressed the matter with him,” the UFC expressed in a statement. “His comments don’t reflect the views of the UFC. There’€™s no place for discrimination within our organization at any level.

“The UFC is built on principles of respect, and any statements to the contrary are not acceptable.”

The podcast has since been deleted from Soundcloud.

Brown currently has plenty of time on his hands. The 32-year-0ld is recovering from two herniated discs in his lower back. Brown his hoping to return to action this spring.
