The first man to ever defeat Gilbert Melendez will make his Strikeforce debut at “Strikeforce At The Mansion II” on September 20th. Mitsuhiro Ishida will bring his 16-4-1 record into the cage against Justin Wilcox.

Ishida has competed against some of the world’s top lightweight fighters, including Takanori Gomi, Caol Uno, Gilbert Melendez and Vitor Ribeiro.

The Japanese star out-pointed Melendez on New Year’s Eve to hand the former Strikeforce lightweight champion his first loss, but is coming off of a submission loss himself.

Wilcox is coming off of a victory over Gabe Ruediger on August 30th (can be seen on Inside MMA highlights) and is looking to add another name to his record.

Here’s how “Strikeforce At The Mansion II’s” card looks like:

Miesha Tate vs. TBD
Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos vs. TBD
Terry Martin vs. Cory Devela
Justin Wilcox vs. Mitsuhiro Ishida
Kazuo Misaki vs. Joe Riggs
Renato Sobral vs. Anthony Ruiz
Ashe Bowman vs. Josh Thomson (Strikeforce Lightweight Champion)*
* Non-title fight
