UFC Johny Hendricks Bigg Rigg

Johny Hendricks (pictured) will become the UFC’s new welterweight champion and Carlos Condit will get first crack at his throne – that is, if you were to ask the Gambling Gods.

Hendricks is a 4-1 odds-on favorite to beat Robbie Lawler to capture the crown Georges St-Pierre voluntarily left behind. Lawler, meanwhile, is a 3-1 longshot against “Bigg Rigg.”

Condit, who said he’s been promised the top contender moniker with a win, is a 2-1 favorite to defeat Tyron Woodley. Woodley is pegged a +160 underdog.

American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas hosts UFC 171.
