UFC Welterweight Johny Hendricks

Weight issues on the scale, be damned. Despite Johny Hendricks’ (pictured) near blunder at Friday’s weigh-ins, the Gambling Gods still believe “Bigg Rigg” will capture the vacant welterweight title tonight at UFC 171.

Hendricks is still a heavy 3.5-1 odds-on favorite to beat Robbie Lawler for the 170-pound crown Georges St-Pierre left behind.

Lawler, meanwhile, checks in as a 2.5-1 underdog.

American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas hosts UFC 171.
