The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the official salaries for all of the contestants who competed in Saturday’s “World Series of Fighting 9: Carl vs. Palhares” event.
Rousimar Palhares (pictured) and Marlon Moraes were the night’s highest earners, with each walking away with a total disclosed payday of $50,000.
Palhares captured the WSOF welterweight title by submitting Steve Carl in the show’s featured attraction. Moraes retained his bantamweight crown by posting a unanimous decision victory over Josh Rettinghouse in the co-main event.
Sean Cantor made just $500 in a loss to Bryson Hansen.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas hosted Saturday’s event.
