What do Ovince Saint Preux (pictured) and Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante have in common? Both light heavyweights are looking to bounce back from unanimous decision defeats to Ryan Bader, and they will be inside the octagon at the exact same time on November 8.
The UFC announced Thursday OSP and Feijao will battle in Brazil.
Saint Preux lost to Bader just 12 days ago, and obviously didn’t suffer any injuries in their one-sided wrestling match. The last time OSP lost a fight, he went on a torrid five-fight winning streak.
Cavalcante has gone just 2-3 (1 NC) over his past six outings. The no contest was the result of a flunked drug test following his then-victory over Mike Kyle.
UFC Fight Night 56 is expected to take place inside Ginasio Municipal Tancredo Neves in Uberlandia, Brazil.
No other bouts have been reported for the lineup.
