The UFC has indefinitely suspended Anthony Johnson (pictured) after the mother of his two children alleges the light heavyweight knocked out her two front teeth two years ago.

BloodyElbow.com first reported Johnson’s domestic violence case.

Johnson’s ex, who requests to keep her name private, claims the assault occurred at her place of employment and that she has the surveillance video in her possession as proof.

According to the police report, Johnson’s ex also claims she’s been receiving threatening texts and phone calls from someone other than Johnson. She believes it’s his friends.

“We are aware of the situation involving Anthony Johnson,” the UFC expressed in a statement. “As a result, we are suspending him indefinitely. We are using a third-party law firm to conduct a formal investigation and once we have more information, we’ll determine whether further course of action is necessary.”

This isn’t the first time Johnson has allegedly been involved in a physical altercation with a female. He was arrested in 2009 for domestic violence, battery, death threats and destroying a phone to prevent the report of a crime with a different female.

Johnson was sentenced to three years probation, community service and forced to attend domestic violence counseling after pleading nolo contendere.

Johnson took to Facebook Friday to briefly address the issue.

“The sh** ppl will say and the lengths ppl will go just to tell a F****** lie is ridiculous,” he wrote. “That’s all I’m going to say and thank you all for the support and positive feedback that I’m getting.”

In light of what’s going on with the NFL, the UFC will tread carefully before deciding Johnson’s future.

Johnson has rattled off eight straight wins, with his last two coming under the UFC’s watch. “Rumble” was quickly making his way to title contention.
