On Wednesday, a bantamweight brawl between Urijah Faber (pictured) and Francisco Rivera was added to the UFC 181 roster.
The UFC announced the scrap via Twitter.
December 6 event takes place inside Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Faber is victorious in five of his last six scraps. His lone blemish during his current came against then-bantamweight champion Renan Barao in February.
“The California Kid” most recently submitted Alex Caceres in July at UFC 175.
Rivera is looking to bounce back from a decision defeat to Takeya Mizugaki. He had won five straight, not including a no contest to Roland Delorme in the middle of the run, prior to May’s outing.
Here is the card’s current lineup:
Eddie Gordon vs. Josh Samman
Sergio Pettis vs. Matt Hobar
Holly Holm vs. Raquel Pennington
Todd Duffee vs. Anthony Hamilton
Tony Ferguson vs. Abel Trujillo
Urijah Faber vs. Francisco Rivera
Travis Browne vs. Brendan Schaub
Gilbert Melendez vs. Anthony Pettis (UFC lightweight champion)
Robbie Lawler vs. Johny Hendricks (UFC welterweight champion)
