The UFC clearly has no qualms with throwing Eddie Alvarez to the wolves. After losing his octagon debut to perennial lightweight contender Donald Cerrone, Alvarez will now look to collect his first UFC victory against former champion Benson Henderson (pictured).

The UFC reported the tango Wednesday, which will co-headline the January 18 card.

Alvarez won’t be the only one looking to bounce back from a loss. Henderson was knocked out by Rafael dos Anjos in August. “Smooth” had won two straight prior to the devastating defeat.

Alvarez entered the UFC with much anticipated after his tumultuous run with Bellator MMA finally came to an end. The 30-year-old had entered the UFC on a three-fight winning streak.

Bouts between Jorge Masvidal vs. Norman Parke and Uriah Hall vs. Costas Philippou were also confirmed for the event.

TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts hosts the festivities.

Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the main card live.

Here is the show’s current lineup:

Jorge Masvidal vs. Norman Parke

Uriah Hall vs. Costas Philippou

Benson Henderson vs. Eddie Alvarez

Dennis Siver vs. Conor McGregor
