‘Bellator 131: Ortiz vs. Bonnar’ Salaries Released

UFC Light Heavyweight Tito Ortiz

The California State Athletic Commission has released the official salaries for all of the contestants who competed in Saturday’s “Bellator 131: Ortiz vs. Bonnar” event.

Tito Ortiz (pictured) was the night’s highest earner with a flat $300,000 salary. Stephan Bonnar, who Ortiz beat via split decision in the main event, made $100,000.

Please keep in mind, the numbers that get reported to the athletic commissions are only of what’s required. These figures do not include deductions for items such as licenses and taxes.

Additionally, they do not contain money paid by sponsors.

Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California hosted Saturday’s event.
