UFC Matt Mitrione

On Friday, a trio of bouts were announced for UFC Fight Night 68.

A heavyweight scrap between Matt Mitrione and Ben Rothwell, a middleweight tango with Dan Henderson and Tim Boetsch and a clash between Joe Proctor vs. Justin Edwards was added to the June 6 event.

Mitrione will be riding a three-fight winning streak into the matchup. “Meathead” most recently TKO’d Gabriel Gonzaga in December.

Rothwell has rattled off two consecutive victories. The veteran is looking to build off September’s upset over Alistair Overeem.

Henderson, meanwhile, is in need of a win. The 44-year-old has lost five of his last six, including two straight.

Boetsch hasn’t been much better having lost four over the same span.

Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana hosts the festivities. Fox Sports 1 will broadcast the main card live.

Here is the card’s current roster:

Joe Proctor vs. Justin Edwards

Dan Henderson vs. Tim Boetsch

Matt Mitrione vs. Ben Rothwell

Daniel Cormier vs. Ryan Bader
