UFC Heavyweight Kevin Kimbo Slice Ferguson

Now that Fabricio Werdum has beaten Cain Velasquez to capture the UFC heavyweight title, let’s look ahead to some real heavyweight action!

Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson (pictured) makes his MMA return this Friday against UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock at “Bellator: Unfinished Business.”

OK, fine. Kimbo vs. Shamrock is more circus act than authentic MMA action, but I bet the shootout will garner plenty of eyeballs.

Speaking of betting, Kimbo is a -260 odds-on favorite to beat the 51-year-old. That’s right, Shamrock, who is more shredded than most 25 year-olds (and of course he claims he’s clean), is more than half a century old.

Anyway, Shamrock is a 2-1 underdog to spoil Kimbo’s return to the cage.

Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri serves as host. Spike TV broadcasts the main card at 9PM ET/PT.
