Reigning UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (pictured) has just secured another movie role, and it will be the easiest part she’s ever had to play.
According to Variety.com, Paramount Pictures has secured the rights to Rousey’s New York Times best-selling autobiography “My Fight/Your Fight.” Rousey will play herself.
The book was published his past spring and was written by Rousey and her sister, Maria Burns Ortiz.
No word on when production will begin filming. Rousey is expected to defend her title one more time before year’s end, then begin shooting “Mile 22,″ her first starring role, in January.
Rousey has had roles in “The Expendables 3,” “Furious 7″ and most recently “Entourage.”
Rousey is two days removed from posting a knockout victory over Bethe Correia at UFC 190. She is dominating inside the cage and appears well on her way to taking over Hollywood.
