She’s the queen of the MMA world, and the Gambling Gods know it. Reigning UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (pictured) is pretty much a lock to retain her crown in her next fight, a familiar foe she’s already submitted twice in Miesha Tate.
What will chance in their third tango? The verdict will most likely be the same, it’s just that Rousey has added so much to her arsenal that the “how” might be different.
Rousey is an early 10-1 odds-on favorite to go up 3-0 on Tate when they collide, likely before year’s end. Tate, meanwhile, checks in as a 6-1 longshot.
FYI, Rousey was a 16-1 favorite when she plastered Bethe Correia this past Saturday at UFC 190.
A line for the biggest fantasy fight in MMA has also been released. Rousey is currently a -375 favorite against potential opponent Cris “Cyborg” Justino. Justino, the current Invicta featherweight champ that will likely have difficulty shedding the 10 pounds required to challenge Rousey, is nearly a 3-1 underdog.
