Uriah Hall (pictured) finally managed to get back over the .500 mark in the UFC by beating Oluwale Bamgbose 11 days ago in Tennessee. Unfortunately for Hall, it will be very difficult for him to stay there.
On Wednesday, it was announced Hall will replace injured Roan Carneiro to meet Gegard Mousasi at UFC Fight Night 75.
The September 26 event takes place inside Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
Hall is able to make a quick turnaround because he made even quicker work of Bamgbose with a first round TKO finish. It was a needed win for “The Ultimate Fighter 17” finalist, because he didn’t look too impressive in a defeat to Rafael Natal the outing before.
Mousasi, meanwhile, has won three of his last four, including two straight. The former Dream champion most recently posted a unanimous decision victory over Costas Philippou in May.
