A thrilling featherweight affair between Myles Jury (pictured) and Charles Oliveira has been added to the UFC on FOX 17 roster.
The 145-pound matchup was announced on this week’s edition of “UFC Tonight.”
Amway Center in Orlando, Florida hosts the December 19 event. FOX broadcasts the main card live.
Jury is looking to bounce back from the first loss of his professional career. The up-and-coming 26-year-old dropped a unanimous decision to lightweight top contender Donald Cerrone in January.
This marks “Furry’s” first featherweight bout in the UFC.
Oliveira had his four-fight winning streak snapped in unfortunate fashion by Max Holloway in August. “Do Bronx” suffered an esophagus injury less than two minutes into the much-anticipated tango and was unable to continue.
Here is the card’s current lineup:
Tamdan McCrory vs. Josh Samman
Randa Markos vs. Karolina Kowalkiewicz
C.B. Dollaway vs. Nate Marquardt
Myles Jury vs. Charles Oliveira
Nate Diaz vs. Michael Johnson
Alistair Overeem vs. Junior dos Santos
Donald Cerrone vs. Rafael Dos Anjos (UFC lightweight champion)
