UFC Kelvin Gastelum

Kelvin Gastelum’s (pictured) return to the UFC welterweight division will be a triumphant one, so suggest the Gambling Gods.

Gastelum is a solid 3-1 odds-on favorite to beat Neil Magny, a last-minute replacement for Matt Brown, at UFC Fight Night 78. Magny, meanwhile, checks in as just more than a 2-1 underdog.

Gastelum has had several issues on the scale in the past while competing at welterweight, that’s why the UFC forced him to move up to middleweight in his last outing, so perhaps the more interesting wager will be weather he’ll successfully hit the 171 pound maximum allowed for a non-title welterweight fight.

Monterrey Arena in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico hosts the event.

Here are the available wagering lines for Saturday’s fights:

Efrain Escudero +115
Leandro Silva -145

Enrique Jonathan Barzola Acosta +120
Horacio Gutierrez -150

Erick Montano +155
Enrique Marin -190

Jussier Formiga +350
Henry Cejudo -500

Diego Sanchez +425
Ricardo Lamas -650

Neil Magny +220
Kelvin Gastelum -300
