Well, it appears former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (pictured) has finally recovered from November’s devastating upset loss to Holly Holm.

On Tuesday, “Saturday Night Live” announced Rousey will host their January 23 show on NBC.

And believe it or not, there is a connection to Justin Bieber here. Bieber’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez will be the episode’s musical guest.

Last year Rousey revealed that Bieber snubbed her sister for a picture by stating, “I’ve already taken a million pictures today.”

Rousey marks the first UFC fighter to host the legendary live sketch comedy series.

It will be interesting if Rousey pokes fun at her lopsided loss to Holm. It might be a good step towards showing fans she’s recovered mentally from the highlight reel head kick KO.

Rousey has pretty much been in seclusion since Holm evaporated her aura of invincibility at UFC 193.

Rousey is expected to get an immediate rematch to try and reclaim her throne when she’s ready, which is expected to be UFC 200 in July.
